Teaching Activities
– Graduate Studies (Stricto Sensu)
– Production Engineering:
It includes courses and research areas of direct relevance to the electricity sector.
• Programs: Professional Master’s Degree; Academic Master’s Degree; and Doctoral Degree.
• With more than 10 (ten) master’s theses defended by engineers from CHESF and CELPE.
• Other theses by students who were not employees of these companies, with applications to the electricity sector.
• It was supported by ELETROBRÁS-FDT master’s scholarships through an agreement between UFPE and ELETROBRÁS.
• Currently, six (6) professionals are enrolled as Professional Master’s students: one (1) from CHESF and five (5) from CELPE.
– Lato Sensu Graduate Programs:
Specialization Programs: • Production Management (launched in 2000, with participants from outsourced staff of CHESF and CELPE).
• Maintenance Management (launched in 2001, with participants from CHESF and CELPE).
• Information Management (launched in 2001, with participants from CHESF and CELPE).
– A 120-hour extension course offered in 1998 to several companies in the electricity sector through an agreement with ELETROBRÁS.
